A little late, so for those of you subscribed to this, I apologize for dropping two things in your inbox today since streaming variability should be going out soon as well.
Trying to catch up on new album releases and get an issue out the same day they are all released can be a little tricky sometimes. Not to mention some of the tedious crap that comes with it like including links to everything…
With all that said, let’s just get on with it. Here are the releases worth checking out from this past Friday:
🏆 Too Early Release of the Week
My “too early to really say” favorite album of the week
💽 Live in London by Christone “Kingfish” Ingram
There are a few releases from this past week worthy of this honor. Mitski, K.Flay, Cleo Sol, and Explosions in the Sky all had solid releases, but in the end, I felt like giving Kingfish some love with this live album release. Christone “Kingfish” Ingram is one of the best young guitarist out there right now and it’s always wonderful to see some newer blood bringing some life to Blues. And what better way to experience some killer guitar than with a live album.
