Intro
Tons of good looking books this week. Multiple Ram V and Jeff Lemire books in a single week is hard to beat. Plus Saga and SIKTC are always contenders for Pick of the Week. Add in three of the best DC books being published right now with Superman, Nightwing, and Catwoman and it makes for one of the best weeks of releases in recent memory. Every book featured this week is worth checking out, but the first eight books below are especially great.
This Weeks Releases
Rare Flavours (Boom) #1
New creator-owned series from Ram V and Filipe Andrade, who worked together on The Many Deaths of Laila Starr so it’s safe to say this is going to be a must-read.
Hexagon Bridges (Image) #1
This is a new Image miniseries from Richard Blake, who, as far as I can tell, hasn’t really done much at all before, but it looks like something that’d be right up my alley so I’m excited to give it a try.

Disclaimer: I read both DC and Marvel on a delay through their subscription apps, so I’m always behind, but these are the new releases that look good.
DC
Wonder Woman #1
Tom King kicking off his Wonder Woman run with Daniel Sampere on art. Tom King hasn’t always done it for me, especially on the bigger books, but they are always worth giving a chance though.
The Vigil #5
Nightwing #106
Superman #6
Catwoman #57
Batman / Superman: World’s Finest #19
Batman: White Knight Presents - Generation Joker #5
Titans #3
Marvel
Captain America #1
Uncanny Spider-Man #1
X-Men Annual #1
Uncanny Avengers #2
Dark X-Men #2
Wolverine #37
Lastly
I’m probably sleeping on some Marvel titles, but besides X-Men they’ve felt pretty uninspired to me lately.
